Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Mount Pleasant to lead the studio team and deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience. You will coach an average of 13 classes per week, model coaching standards, and support the Area Manager with studio operations and community partnerships.

The role requires 1–2 years of group fitness experience, excellent communication, and the ability to energize members with the solidcore brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Lead coach for 13+ classes per week.
• Able to build relationships and develop teams.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio as the head coach with a 13+ class weekly schedule.
• Set expectations and model coaching standards for all staff.
• Deliver a high level of client experience aligned with solidcore standards.
• Meet studio utilization and retention goals for the team and studio.
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations as directed by Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and partnerships to grow client base.
• Provide feedback and coach development to staff.
