Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach in California who will lead as the studio’s top coach, coaching an average of 11 classes weekly and modeling the brand. You will drive an exceptional fitness and customer service experience while maintaining studio operations and supporting the team.

You will develop coaches, lead outreach in the community, and ensure retention targets are met, all while representing the [solidcore] culture and standards with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience consistent with [solidcore] standards.
• Lead outreach and marketing efforts to scout new clients and partnerships in the community.
• Coach an average of eleven (11) classes per week.
• Maintain studio and equipment in impeccable condition and manage operations.
• Provide coach development and in-person support during trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach for the studio with a full 11-class schedule.
• Set expectations and model brand standards for coaches.
• Deliver exceptional fitness and customer service aligned with solidcore values.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio and individuals.
• Support day-to-day studio operations as directed by Area Manager.
• Lead community outreach to attract new clients and partnerships.
• Provide ongoing coaching feedback and help train new coaches.
