Job summary

KidStrong North Austin is seeking a high-energy Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to work with the General Manager and Assistant GM to drive center growth and deliver athletic programming. The role blends outbound sales with hands-on coaching for children.

The position requires coaching and childcare experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekend shifts. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Childcare / Child-Facing Experience: Required experience working directly with children (teaching, childcare, youth sports, etc.).
• Coaching Experience: Preferred, but not required—we provide full paid training!
• Schedule Availability: Flexible schedule, including up to 3–4 weekday evenings and at least 1 weekend morning shift.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong organization, self-motivation, and basic proficiency in G-Suite / MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation: outbound calls, convert leads, manage front-desk sales operations, inquiry follow-ups.
• Coaching & Instruction: deliver 8–10 classes per week, build confidence and physical milestones.
• Operations & Team Leadership: handle customer service, mentor staff, support KPIs and targets.
