KidStrong Cedar Park is hiring a Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to partner with management in driving center growth and delivering top-tier athletic programming. The role blends outbound sales with hands-on coaching for children, helping them build confidence and physical milestones.

The position requires energy, a background in sales and working with kids, with paid training provided and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: minimum 2 years (outbound calls, lead conversion).
• Childcare/child-facing experience required.
• Coaching experience preferred; training provided.
• Schedule availability: evenings and weekend mornings.
• Excellent communication, strong organization, self-motivation, basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outbound sales (~20 hrs/week) to convert leads to trials and memberships.
• Coach 8-10 classes weekly, deliver age-appropriate programming on the floor.
• Handle customer service, enrollments, and keep operations running smoothly; mentor staff.
