The role includes coaching 8–10 classes weekly, engaging directly with children, and contributing to class scheduling and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience.
• Experience working directly with children.
• Coaching experience is a plus; full paid training provided.
• Flexible schedule with evenings and weekend shifts.
• Proficiency in basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales calls to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Explain KidStrong's mission, vet trials, and follow up on inquiries.
• Manage front-desk sales, inquiries, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Coach 8–10 classes per week with age-appropriate programming.
• Support scheduling, class sizes, and member retention.
