Job summary

KidStrong North Austin is hiring a Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to drive center growth and deliver top-tier athletic programming. You will split your time between outbound sales (40+ calls per shift) and hands-on coaching with kids on the mats, helping them build confidence and milestones.

The role includes coaching 8–10 classes per week, serving customers, and supporting class scheduling to maintain strong enrollment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: outbound calls, lead conversion, and upsell skills.
• Direct work with children in a teaching or coaching setting.
• Coaching experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; comfortable with technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outbound sales activities to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Deliver athletic programming to kids, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Assist with front-desk duties, schedule management, and achieving KPIs for growth.
