Job summary

KidStrong Texas is seeking a motivated Lead Coach / Sales Specialist for a hybrid role in the South Austin area. You will drive outbound sales, manage leads, and coach children on the mats while supporting center growth and programming.

This position offers paid training, advancement opportunities, and a dynamic, energetic work environment with a strong focus on developing kids’ confidence and athletic milestones.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: Minimum 2 years of outbound phone sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Childcare / Child-Facing Experience: Direct work with children required.
• Coaching Experience: Preferred, but full paid training provided.
• Schedule Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend shifts.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong organization, self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outbound calls to convert inquiries into trials and active memberships.
• Coach 8–10 classes per week alongside sales duties.
• Handle customer service requests and manage front-desk inquiries.
• Mentor coaching staff and contribute to center KPIs and growth.
