Job summary

KidStrong Texas is looking for a Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to support growth and deliver top-tier athletic programming. This hybrid role blends outbound sales with hands-on coaching on the mats, guiding kids to build confidence and physical milestones.

You’ll manage front-desk sales, handle inquiries, coach 8–10 classes weekly, and help optimize schedules while mentoring staff and helping the center hit KPIs. Flexible evenings and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience.
• Experience working directly with children.
• Willingness to complete paid training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and at least 1 weekend shift.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in G-Suite/MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outbound sales (approx. 20 hrs/week) to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Coach 8–10 classes per week, engaging kids and building confidence and physical skills.
• Handle customer service, scheduling, and administrative tasks; mentor coaching staff.
