Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach to lead a high-energy team and drive the studio's success while embodying the brand. The role includes coaching approximately ten classes weekly, delivering top-tier client experiences, and supporting operations under the Area Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of group fitness experience, a passion for health and customer service, and strong relationship-building skills to grow the [solidcore] community.

Qualifications

• Permanent, exempt, full-time position with a 40-hour work week.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach with 10 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio.
• Assist Area Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Lead outreach and marketing to scout new clients.
• Provide coach development and trainings with in-studio support.
• Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain studio inventory and sales logs.
• Keep studio and equipment in impeccable condition.
