Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio with energy and coach an average of eleven classes per week. You will deliver a best-in-class experience for members and set the standard for other coaches to follow.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will develop coaches, support daily operations, and drive outreach to grow the client base while maintaining product knowledge of class packages and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of group fitness experience required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of coaches.
• Strong client relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio's head coach and maintain a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations, coach, and develop new and existing coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio.
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations as directed by Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and community partnerships to grow client base.
• Provide coach trainings with in-person support.
• Respond to client requests promptly and resolve concerns.
• Maintain product knowledge for class packages and promos.
• Perform routine tasks: ordering supplies, inventory, and sales logs.
• Ensure studio and equipment remain clean, functional, and well-stocked.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
