Job summary

[solidcore] in Houston is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio team, coach about ten classes per week, and deliver a best-in-class experience aligned with our standards. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll role-model coaching excellence and support new coach trainings.

You will drive client relations, execute outreach, manage studio operations, and ensure a fully functioning studio with strong retention and partnerships in the community.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of group fitness experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams within a studio setting.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading energetic classes with strong energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio team and maintain a full schedule of 10 classes per week.
• Set expectations for coaches and model brand standards.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Drive outreach and community partnerships to grow the client base.
• Provide coach development and trainings with in-studio support.
• Assist with client requests and inventory/sales logs.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio packages, promotions, apparel.
