Job summary

solidcore is hiring a Head Coach to lead our studio team in Oklahoma City. You will coach an average of 11 classes per week, deliver a best-in-class experience, and set high standards for fellow coaches while driving customer satisfaction.

You will mentor coaches, support studio operations, and lead local outreach to build lasting community partnerships. A dynamic, energetic presence with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Outgoing, personable and capable of building relationships within the community.
• Lead by example and coach others effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio's lead coach with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service.
• Meet utilization and retention goals for the studio.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the studio.
• Lead outreach and community partnerships as needed.
• Provide coach development and feedback to the team.
• Assist with client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio products, promotions, and apparel.
• Handle inventory, supplies, and sales logs.
• Keep studio and equipment impeccably clean and functional.
• Other duties as assigned.
