Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Tampa, FL who will lead the studio's coaching team, coach an average of thirteen classes per week, and deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will develop coaches, drive community outreach, maintain studio standards, and ensure the brand voice remains energetic and welcoming. This role requires 40 hours weekly, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Permanent, exempt, full-time position with 40 hours per week.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G Suite and MS Office (Excel/Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio's head coach with a full schedule of 13 classes per week.
• Set expectations for coaches and deliver top-tier fitness and service.
• Lead outreach to scout new clients and develop community partnerships.
• Provide coach development and in-studio trainings with hands-on support.
