Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. As Lead Guide, you will coach Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations.

This full-time role focuses on launching campuses and driving outcomes through high standards, accountability, and motivating students to reach ambitious goals. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5–14 in education settings.
• Willingness to help open a new campus and launch a team.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining high standards.
• Leading life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
