Job summary

Solventum is seeking a CDI Outsourcing Manager to lead outsourced CDI engagements and supervise staff to assure quality and timely production. You will monitor vendor relationships, drive improvements, and align CDI operations with corporate goals.

This remote role requires CCDS certification or RN license, 7+ years of acute care CDI management, and a Bachelor's degree or higher. Travel up to 50% and a strong clinical coding background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified) from an accredited institution
• Seven (7) years of acute care CDI management experience
• High School Diploma/GED with eleven (11) years acute care CDI management experience
• CCDS certification or valid RN license with minimum of five (5) years acute care experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Master’s degree in HIM, Nursing, or related healthcare field (preferred)
• 10+ years in CDI management or outsourced CDI group (preferred)

• Manage outsourced CDI engagements and support revenue goals
• Monitor vendor relationships and resolve conflicts
• Supervise CDI staff to ensure quality and productivity
• Measure CDI operations and implement improvement plans
