Job summary

The Lead Cashier will assist with register open/close, product demonstrations, and association with the leadership team to drive sales while maintaining store aesthetics. Flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Lead makeup demonstrations and skincare analyses to drive sales and guest experience.
