Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest transactions and cashwrap excellence. You will train new cashiers, cross-train associates, and lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences and loyalty program engagement.

Responsibilities include managing open/close cash operations, maintaining displays, and supporting sales goals while upholding store standards and policies. Flexibility for a varied schedule is required.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task and solve problems.
• Strong guest service and selling skills.
• Experience training new cashiers.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cashier, ensure efficient transactions and cashwrap standards.
• Train and cross-train cashiers.
• Support loyalty programs and credit processes.
• Open/close registers as directed by the manager.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visuals at the cashwrap.
