You will train new cashiers, cross-train teammates, and drive loyalty results by delivering outstanding guest experiences and promoting Ulta Beauty products. Responsibilities include leading register activities, managing displays, and collaborating with store leadership to achieve sales goals while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns professionally to deliver service.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, guest loyalty, and credit performance through excellent service.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and promote Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
• Lead cashwrap operations, training of new cashiers, and cashier cross-training.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness to ensure guest readiness.
• Support leadership with register open/close and shift coverage.
