Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards. The role includes training cashiers, cross-training associates, and driving loyalty outcomes through exceptional guest service and sales performance.

The Lead Cashier will support opening/closing cash operations, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold Ulta Beauty’s brand experience while collaborating with the leadership team to meet store goals.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, loyalty, and store shrink.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service with a friendly environment, greeting, engagement, and personalized service.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and replenish cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain prompt attendance and adherence to store standards and policies.
