Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of cashier experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests’ questions promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest and recommending Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Assist in makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and keep the area ready for guests.
