Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Champion Ulta Beauty’s mission, vision and values while performing essential duties.
• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, provide personalized service, and recommend products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures, ensuring guest readiness.
