You will ensure accurate cash handling, assist in makeup applications or demonstrations, and maintain store standards while supporting a dynamic, guest‑centric experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Excellent guest service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Lead checkout with cashier training and cross-training of staff.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures, ensuring guest-readiness.
