Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, loyalty and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting, engaging guests, and personalizing assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Coordinate makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support appointments and in-store events to enhance the guest experience while achieving sales goals.
