Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with a specialist for makeup applications and demos to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services/events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
