Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Seeks customers to understand needs, assists in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Listens and responds to questions, guiding customers through projects when needed.
• Uses a cash register to process sales, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Inspects returned merchandise for damages and loads customer orders as required.
