Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Operates cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines
• Supports checkout team by preparing register area and stocking supplies
• Assists in line vesting and opens additional registers when necessary to ensure coverage
• Looks up product information and price matches, records items on store lists, and helps with loading tickets
