Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating merchandise
• Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds
• Monitors cash in drawer and daily reconciliation duties
• Detects signs of shoplifting and communicates them to management or Asset Protection
