Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Less than 1 year experience using a computer.
• Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology.
• 1 year retail cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service by following Lowe's service policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying and loading merchandise.
• Responds promptly to questions and guides customers through projects in-store.
• Communicates product and warranty information related to Lowe’s programs to customers.
• Trains and coaches associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
