Job summary

You will assist customers, locate merchandise, demonstrate products, carry and load items, and process transactions accurately while upholding Lowe's policies and procedures throughout the shift. Collaborating with the Front End Team, you will help maintain cleanliness, stock integrity, safety practices, and prompt problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year retail experience as a cashier or similar role.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Coach and train associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper stock handling.
