Job summary

Cavender's is seeking a Head Cashier to lead daily front-end operations and deliver Best of the WEST service at the Gilbert store. You will oversee cashiers, process transactions accurately, and train staff to uphold company standards.

You will ensure a clean, organized sales floor, assist with merchandising and promotions, and support leadership in daily tasks while maintaining safety and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash/electronic transactions.
• Train and coach associates while promoting a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Regularly lift/move merchandise and use store equipment safely.

Responsibilities
