Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service throughout the shopping experience.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges and other POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Train and support cashiers, answering questions and reinforcing company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front-end and respond to cashier inquiries.
• Assist store leadership in monitoring front-end operations and resolving customer concerns.
