Ulta Beauty in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a Lead Cashier to drive guest experiences and loyalty through exceptional service, efficient cashwrap operations, and training support for fellow associates. The LC will manage open/close register procedures, assist with product demonstrations and makeup services, and ensure adherence to store standards while delivering on sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guests’ concerns promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize interactions.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and demos.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness; protect assets.
