Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest transactions and cashwrap excellence. The LC trains new cashiers, leads peers, and focuses on loyalty outcomes while delivering a superior guest experience.

The position emphasizes performance in sales, guest service, and loyalty programs, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing cash operations and ensuring store standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Experience in cashiering and delivering guest service.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns promptly to deliver service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with a consultant for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance.
