Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and demos.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and keep areas guest-ready.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
