• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and demos.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Maintain regular attendance.
