The Lead Cashier will support the leadership team with register operations, display maintenance, and adherence to company standards, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store's sales and guest service goals.
• Provide an exceptional service by greeting guests and assisting with purchases.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Book appointments for in-store services and events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and inventory readiness.
• Support training of new cashiers and cross-train associates.
