Ulta Beauty is hiring a Lead Cashier to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through flawless cashwrap operations and high-touch service. The LC trains new cashiers, supports peers, and leads by example in delivering Ulta Beauty’s brand experience.

The role emphasizes loyalty program benefits, credit opportunities, and collaboration with managers to achieve sales and service goals across the store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guests’ concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and tailor recommendations to guest needs.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Pair guests with a beauty advisor for makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
