Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty, manage cashwrap operations, and lead cashier training. The role emphasizes exceptional service, accurate transactions, and collaboration with store leadership to meet sales goals.

The Lead Cashier supports the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience while upholding company standards and procedures across the store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent guest service and a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience training new cashiers and cross-training associates in cashiering.
• Familiar with cash handling, returns, exchanges, and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest loyalty through exceptional cashiering and service.
• Lead and train cashiers, ensuring accurate registers and efficient operations.
• Maintain store standards at cashwrap and throughout the salesfloor.
