Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests’ concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service at the cashwrap and assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
