Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals in retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and inventory for guest-readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
