Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap excellence. The role trains new cashiers, supports the leadership team, and drives loyalty through service and sales excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail experience, strong communication, and a track record of meeting sales goals while delivering a best-in-class guest experience. Flexibility for a varied schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional, personalized service; recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a superior guest experience.
• Oversee replenishment and maintenance of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
