• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail, service sales, and loyalty.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and personalized product recommendations.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with a specialist for makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures and oversee openings/closes as directed.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and assist leadership as needed.
