Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi‑task and problem‑solve.
• Proven passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver excellent service.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, provide personalized service and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in‑store events to deliver an outstanding guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with store team to grow the business.
