Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Coordinate makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
• Maintain cash wrap displays and store cleanliness at all times
