Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guest concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, and recommending Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events delivering an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Oversee replenishment and maintenance of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train other associates in cashiering.
• Lead peers to achieve peak productivity and performance and ensure loyalty benefits are utilized.
