Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to oversee guest transactions, uphold cashwrap standards, and support leadership with training and payroll accuracy. You will drive loyalty, credit, and guest experiences while guiding teammates to deliver best-in-class service.

The role demands a passion for the guest experience, strong multitasking, and the ability to train new cashiers. It requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Passion for guest service and selling; address guest concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, omni-channel and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to needs, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges professionally.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering a premium guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures; ensure shop readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and teamwork.
