Responsibilities

• Drive guest loyalty and sales through excellent cashiering and service.
• Lead open/close register functions and cashwrap operations.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training staff.
• Provide personalized makeup, skincare, and product recommendations to guests.
• Maintain clean, organized cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
