Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier to optimize guest transactions and cashwrap presentation while training new cashiers and cross-training associates. You will drive loyalty sales, credit, and a high‑quality guest experience through leadership and teamwork.

The role emphasizes attendance, product knowledge, and collaboration with managers to maintain store standards and exceptional service across all areas of operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest transactions efficiently and maintain cashwrap standards.
• Train new cashiers and cross‑train associates.
• Lead in delivering loyalty program benefits and credit sales.
• Maintain replenishment and organization of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Perform open/close register functions with accuracy and reliability.
• Meet or exceed store goals for sales and guest experience.
