You will help drive loyalty results and sales by delivering exceptional service and expert product recommendations in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment. Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and engage guests, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and cashiering transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Lead cashiering training and assist in coaching and development of associates.
