• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Excellent guest service and selling skills
• Ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve
• Experience addressing guest concerns professionally to deliver exceptional service
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni‑channel, loyalty, and shrink control
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, personalizing service, and recommending Ulta Beauty products/services
• Assist with cashiering tasks, returns, exchanges and accurate cash handling
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and achieve sales targets
• Maintain clean, organized cashwrap displays and ensure inventory and loss prevention standards are met
• Support leadership with cashier training and associate development
